How and when do I get paid?
We start paying you when someone subscribes to SendOwl — not just when they sign up for the free trial. The good news is that we continue to pay you for as long as they are a SendOwl customer! Payments are made on the 7th of each month directly to your PayPal account.
Can I become a referral partner without a SendOwl account?
Absolutely! You do not even need to be a paying SendOwl customer to use the referral program. If you do not have a paying SendOwl account, you can use the following link to sign up for a free referral-only account. Existing customers should log in to their dashboard and click on Settings > Referral Program to get started.
Where can I see my unique link and track referrals?
When you log in to SendOwl, go to Settings > Referral Program. Your unique URL with a personal identifier will be displayed on the dashboard. Click Customize to change the identifier to a more memorable word or phrase. To view referral and payment data, click on Referral Stats.
How long does the referral period last?
We use browser cookies to track the referral and the cookie lasts for 90 days. That means the person you refer needs to sign up within 90 days of your referral.
